National shipments

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding Tuesdays, weekends, and holidays) after we receive your order confirmation. We will send you an email notification when your order is on its way.

Shipping Costs

Free standard shipping on orders over $1,500 MXN.

Standard national shipping (3 to 7 business days): $200 MXN.

Express national shipping (1 to 3 business days): $270 MXN.

Local deliveries in Mexico City (deliveries Monday and Thursday within a maximum of 10 km from the workshop): $100 MXN.

Courier service used

We want your order to arrive safely and on time, so we use courier services that guarantee this.

Domestic shipments: DHL, FedEx and Estafeta.

Local deliveries within Mexico City: Motorcycle delivery drivers.

International Shipping

International shipping rate: $1500 MXN.

Delivery time: 7 to 15 business days.

Rights and Taxes

Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, and other charges that may apply once the package arrives at its destination.

Order tracking

You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been shipped. You can use that link to track your order's location in real time.

Shipping problems

Lost or damaged packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hola@unjardinpropio.mx with your order number and details of the problem. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect directions

We are not responsible for undelivered orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your information before completing your order.
