Return policies
No exchanges or returns are accepted, including gift cards. We do not accept exchanges or returns on purchases made from our distributors or wholesalers; all matters related to purchases made from third parties must be handled through them.
Exchanges will only be made if the wrong product has been sent, and the shipping costs will be covered by Un Jardín Propio.
Broken or damaged parts purchased from our online store.
We consider as damaged any parts that, upon arrival, present any of these characteristics:
- The glass is broken.
- The resin has come loose.
- A missing part prevents the use of the product, for example, earring post, hanging ring.
If the purchased item arrives broken or damaged in the packaging material, only a replacement will be offered. Each item is unique, making an identical replacement impossible; the replacement will be based on the characteristics of the original product.
Un Jardín Propio uses natural flowers and plants, which, despite being encapsulated, may present changes in texture or color over time, so we reserve the right to consider any change in the plants or flowers included in the purchased product as damage.
In case of exchange due to product damage, shipping costs will be borne by Un Jardín Propio.
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please send an email to hola@unjardinpropio.mx attaching a photo of the product and a description of the damage or information about the product you originally purchased. Once we receive this information, we will send you further instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
